Focusing on the analysis of ICT and e-commerce in Spanish companies, this study utilizes data from Spain's national statistics institute to evaluate internet connection, social networks, and e-commerce performance. It distinguishes between companies with fewer than 10 employees and those with more. By employing the Shapiro Wilk normality test, the research aims to identify performance trends across different company types, calculating minimum performance metrics through mean values and standard deviations to assess deviations from these benchmarks.
