Focusing on the planning and managerial challenges faced by secondary schools in Arada sub-city, this study involved responses from teachers, staff, and administrators across four government schools. It highlights the consensus among educators and officials that educational decisions should be strategically planned rather than made impulsively. The findings emphasize the need for schools to assess resources, anticipate challenges, and engage stakeholders in developing actionable plans to enhance their services effectively.
