Disability and Labour Discrimination in the City of Chihuahua

Focusing on the evaluation of disability perception and labor discrimination in Chihuahua, this research utilized a non-experimental and correlational design with a sample of 112 participants. A questionnaire gathered socio-demographic data and assessed perceptions through 16 targeted questions. The study employed descriptive analysis and chi-square tests to explore the relationship between socio-demographic indicators and perceptions of disability and discrimination in the workplace, providing insights into these critical social issues.
