Martha, newly elected president of the Retailers' Collective, has convinced the village to host a First Annual Nature Writers' Retreat. Just as Riley Creek tries to get back on its feet, the keynote speaker turns up dead as a dodo, the murder is pinned on one of Martha's BFFs, and Martha is pressed back into service to solve the case.
