Benjamin Blowfish is a story about a confused little pufferfish who has difficulty dealing with his feelings, especially the more vulnerable feelings such as fear, sadness, and insecurity. Sea life brings many challenges for Benjamin that could easily be resolved if he would simply accept help. Instead, Benjamin just gets mad. The story describes how anger pushes loved one away while masking vulnerable feelings and blocking more uplifting emotions.
