It all begins in 1953, aboard an ocean liner sailing from Latin America to Spain. On deck, Gaby and Daniel meet for the first time and fall in love. In Madrid, they experience a brief but passionate romance, sharing their life stories. Gaby reveals to Daniel the adventurous tale of her recent relationship with a German man she met in Argentina. Years pass, and Gaby and Daniel lose touch, unaware of each other's lives. One day, in Munich, Daniel befriends a German gentleman who, as he discovers, was married to Gaby. The man shares his version of events, which is, of course, entirely different from Gaby's perspective. This narrative explores themes of love, memory, and the complexities of human relationships, as the characters navigate their intertwined fates across time and distance.
