Jean-Pierrie Ilibagiza is a highly trained and resourceful Rwandan intelligence agent sent to South Africa to infiltrate the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). Unknown to his handlers in Kigali, they bought into a false-flag operation staged by South Africa's State Security Agency to arrest Yves Akayesu, a war criminal Rwandan General wanted for the deaths of three South African soldiers killed while deployed to the Democratic Republic of Congo. When the rubber meets the road, sparks are bound to fly.
