The study focuses on developing a financial strategy for a micro company in Passo Fundo, emphasizing the critical role of financial planning in guiding organizational actions. Utilizing descriptive research with a quantitative approach, data was gathered from company documents and analyzed through tables and graphs. The findings revealed the company's lack of effective financial techniques and control instruments, heightening its financial risks. Consequently, a tailored model for financial planning and controls was proposed to enhance the company's performance and mitigate risks.
