Focusing on the dynamics of organizational ambidextrousness, this research delves into how companies manage the simultaneous exploration and exploitation of business models, particularly in challenging environments like Venezuela. It examines the tensions and paradoxes that arise from these counter-actions and how they can lead to new opportunities if effectively managed. Through an inductive case study, the work seeks to identify the factors that either hinder or support a subsidiary's CEO in navigating adverse conditions, providing insights into the complexities of organizational performance.
