Focusing on the social climate within organizations, this work examines how various factors affect employee productivity. It highlights the adverse effects of interpersonal conflicts, discrimination, violence, and professional stress on the workplace atmosphere. An empirical study conducted in Cameroonian private enterprises reveals that workplace violence significantly amplifies occupational stress, which can either enhance or hinder human efficiency. Notably, discriminatory practices are shown to have a detrimental impact on worker productivity, while interpersonal conflicts are not scientifically harmful.
