Musím z celého srdce říct, že je to nejúžasnější kniha a autor(ka) světa. Plná lásky, optimismu, pozitivního přístupu k životu a leckomu může i zachránit nebo prodloužit život. Například někomu koho ohrožuje rakovina. Jenom škoda že uplatnění těchto technik a zásad které obsahuje, vyžaduje léta usilovné práce na sobě a velké duševní úsilí. Přesně podle lidového rčení, bez práce nejsou koláče. Může se to zdát průměrnému profánnímu člověku ze střední Evropy také dost nekritické vůči tvrdé realitě. Ale to je právě to co mě na té knížce už v necelých osmnácti letech nejvíce okouzlilo. ❤️☀️
