Dobrý večer. Děkuji za knihu. Přečetl jsem ji jedním dechem. Inspirovala mě k tomu, abych se více ponořil do témat řízení týmů, leadershipu a komunikace. Rád bych se s Tebou podělil o jeden poznatek, na který jsem při dalším studiu narazil. Myslím si, že toto hodnocení by mohlo být velmi užitečné pro náš obchodní tým a možná i pro vedoucí jednotlivých oddělení. Pomohlo by jim lépe pochopit jejich individuální talenty, silné stránky a charakteristiky, což by mohlo vést ke zlepšení komunikace, spolupráce a celkových výsledků.
