Do této knihy se zamiluje každý, kdo vyhledává fantasy, sarkasmus, politiku a intriky. Autorka nás bere do světa, kde se pravidelně opakuje "konec světa" a záleží na požehnané osobě, jestli dokáže ochránit své lidi. Musím ocenit, že jsem se nenudila. Kniha má výborné vyprávěcí tempo. Kapitoly nejsou dlouhé a na začátku následující najdeme různá moudra. Propracovanost postav - uvěřitelné, rostou, jsou to jedinečné osobnosti. Zároveň u některých postav můžeme cítit, že slouží jako "varování", abychom takovými nebyli. Knihu jsem prožívala tak moc, že jsem u závěrečné bitvy brečela jako želva a bála jsem se knihu dočíst. Slzy strachu nahradily slzy štěstí. Už se těším na další díl!
