Focusing on land tenure security in Côte d'Ivoire, this work investigates the challenges faced by farmers in the village of Bacon regarding the certification of rural land. Despite the implementation of Law No. 98-750 aimed at certifying all rural land, issues persist that hinder farmers from securing their land rights. The study aims to analyze the factors contributing to this non-appropriation of land certification, exploring the complexities of the situation within a modern context to propose new scientific insights.
