Focusing on the impact of human behavior on sexually transmitted infections, this study explores a quasi-experimental intervention aimed at educating adolescents. Conducted in 2018 at Policlinico Manuel Piti Fajardo, it involved 87 participants and included three phases: assessing prior knowledge, implementing an educational program, and evaluating its effectiveness. Data were meticulously collected and analyzed using statistical methods, highlighting the importance of targeted education in reducing infection rates among youth.
