The story unfolds as six-year-old Tyler Jacobs disappears while fishing with his family, amidst a backdrop of mysterious vanishings in Northern California. As despair sets in, the local Yurok Tribe offers their assistance, guiding Tyler's father, Randy Jacobs, on a perilous quest through the wilderness and Redwood Forest. Randy confronts the possibility that the legends he dismissed might hold truth, as he races against time and an impending winter storm to locate his son before it's too late.
