The focus of this research is on the experimental determination of Continuous Quench Transformation (CCT) diagrams for Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) used in the automotive industry. These diagrams are crucial for understanding the behavior of high-strength DP steels during annealing heat treatments, particularly in austenitic and intercritical temperature ranges. By employing quench dilatometry, the study aims to provide more accurate simulations of the actual processing routes, addressing the limitations of previously developed idealized CCT diagrams.
