Focused on the synthesis of quinoline hybrid thiosemicarbazide derivatives using microwave irradiation, the book details their application in biological studies. The compounds showed promising results in docking studies, fitting well within protein cavities and achieving excellent G-scores. Additionally, molecular dynamics studies, pharmacophore analysis, and ADME-Tox evaluations were conducted to assess drug-likeness properties.
