Ink · A series of illustrations of Chinese art that includes famous paintings is a collection aimed at young people aged seven to eighteen. It is a magnificent resource for parents and children to read and learn together, and it is also directed at adults interested in reading about Chinese art. This book has been developed by Zeng Zirong, curator of the CITIC Art Museum, and compiled by the local art education team. "Color in Chinese Painting" is a series of four individual volumes, separated by color: "red, yellow, blue, and green." Ninety Chinese artists participate with their art in this series. Great masters of culture and art take the present as their starting point, from Gu Kaizhi of the Eastern Jin dynasty, 1600 years ago, to Zhang Xuan of the Tang dynasty, 1200 years ago; through Song Huizong of the Northern Song dynasty, 900 years ago, as well as Shi Tao and Lang Shining of the Qing dynasty, 300 years ago, to Qi Baishi and Xu Beihong in modern times. Chinese art throughout history is a journey of aesthetic enlightenment for children.
