It outlines the initial assessment of these entities and the subsequent improvements achieved through the model, including 21 scientific results and 25 innovations. Notably, it introduces a Participatory Guarantee System for certifying agroecology, enhancing organizational and social contributions while promoting agroecological practices.

Este trabajo, tesis de Juan Pérez Lamas, presenta un modelo de gestión de cadenas de valor en 20 entidades agropecuarias. Se diagnosticaron sus modelos iniciales y se implementaron innovaciones que aumentaron la productividad en frutas, hortalizas, oleaginosas y miel, promoviendo prácticas agroecológicas y un Sistema Participativo de Garantías.
